Red Fragments is a long-term project that shows Chinese culture and living conditions in several symbolic Chinese cities through a personal visual journal.  For the past few years, I have traveled to cities like Shantou, Chongqing, Kashgar, Beijing, and Shanghai to photograph life in the streets of mainly first, second, and third-generation Chinese families.  The project aims to show Chinese culture's values, traditions, and rituals in these places and mirror the reality that China is transitioning.
